At Optimum, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our Exchange and Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only applicable within 3 days of order delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

  • Original packaging, seals, tags, and protective wrapping must remain intact.

  • If the packaging is opened or the watch shows signs of use, the exchange request will not be accepted.

  • Exchange requests after the 3-day period will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Return Policy (Damaged Products Only)

  • Returns are only accepted if the watch is delivered in a damaged or defective condition.

  • Customers must provide clear and solid proof, including a continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the parcel is opened.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed package

    • The unboxing process

    • The visible damage or defect

  • Without a valid unboxing video, return or refund claims will not be approved.

Important Conditions

  • Claims based on change of mind, personal preference, or minor color/appearance variations are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling, misuse, or negligence are not covered.

  • The company reserves the right to accept or reject any claim after reviewing the provided evidence.

Processing Time

  • Once the claim is approved, the exchange or return process will be completed within 5–7 business days.

  • Customers will be informed at every step of the process.
