Order Confirmation Policy

To confirm all orders, an advance payment of PKR 1,000 is mandatory before dispatch.

This confirmation amount is required to:

  • Verify genuine customers

  • Prevent fake or non-serious orders

  • Ensure smooth and timely order processing

Important Terms

  • Orders will not be processed or shipped without the confirmation payment.

  • The confirmation amount will be adjusted in the final bill at the time of delivery.

  • Failure to complete the confirmation payment may result in automatic order cancellation.

  • This policy applies to all orders without exception.
